The need for businesses to operate responsibly is increasingly reflected in mandatory measures creating obligations for enterprises. At this online event, Minister Dara Calleary will provide opening remarks on the Responsible Business landscape. Department officials will then explain three initiatives of which enterprises should be aware. These are:

• OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct
• Proposed EU regulation on prohibiting products made with forced labour from the Union market
• Proposed EU Directive on Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence
